Founded in 2013 in Basel as a spin-off of ETH Zurich, the company has branches in Basel and Freiburg. The team has received several awards and counts over 300 leading European real estate companies and service providers among its customers.

Every quarter, we invite all employees to the eNPS (short for Employee Net Promoter Score). Based on two questions, their satisfaction is measured quickly and easily. It is anonymous and a source of measures and initiatives to continuously make daily working life even better. The Team
We are a diverse team of international employees who are both remotely and at home in our offices in Basel and Freiburg. In addition to German, we therefore understand ourselves best in English.
We are united by the vision of making life in buildings a bit better every day. Each team member contributes to this goal with their know-how and wealth of experience from a wide range of backgrounds.
When our employees are not working, they chase down ski slopes, climb rocks, cycle across Europe or cook for a bet.

We are proud that so many colleagues have motivated each other and were able to create 90 new trees! And despite all modesty, the two top ten placements put a small smile on our faces.
Clean stuff! Even collecting trash is fun with the right colleagues. Everyone got involved at our team event, this time for a more beautiful environment. Over 30 kilos of rubbish were collected as a result. It was really fun having a cozy drink at home in the joint video conference.
Our offices
In our bright and modern offices at our locations in Basel and Freiburg, there is enough space for joint pasta cooking, delicious cappuccino and quiet work. This includes a grill and a small outdoor oven, as well as excellent accessibility to the offices by public transport.

Based on Google's rule of four**, we aim for 4 interviews with various team members such as the people team, line managers, the current owner of the position and other team members.

The four interviews are designed in such a way that both sides can get a good feel for the various working methods, competencies and challenges in a total of 3 hours.

After successfully completing the challenge, we ask you for 2 personal references. These can be former supervisors as well as colleagues. In doing so, we want to find out how we can create the best possible working conditions for you as future employers.

By doing a small task that is similar to the requirements of your future job, we want to get to know the way you work better. After you have presented your results to us, a short round of questions follows, in which we can exchange content.
