We prefer to develop together with our customers. Would you like to be there when business decisions are made? In a joint exchange, decisions are made about the big things and the small things. Customers who would like to join should contact their Key Account. There are still a few spots left.

And these are the priorities agreed upon so far this year:

Tenant Issues

  • We will enable the linking of issues.
  • It will be possible to set a due date for issues
  • The integration of external service providers will be expanded via the craftsmen's portal and newly enabled via email and Magic Link.
  • In the future, multiple tenants can be involved per issue.

Internal Tasks

  • We are working on creating internal tasks without tenant involvement and with internal ticket categories.

AI Support

  • We will continue to refine the validation of AI responses.
  • The function for splitting concerns will be implemented.
  • A smart summary of concerns will be created.
  • The telephone assistant will be launched in a next version

Accessibility

  • We are introducing accessibility by the end of the year.
