Digitalized efficiently — how Niederer AG is rethinking its management

More overview, less effort:

With the Allthings platform, Niederer AG digitizes its processes and creates a better tenant experience.

Niederer AG Immobilienbewirtschaftung wanted to simplify communication with tenants and make the processing of concerns more efficient. With the introduction of the Allthings platform, the company has taken an important step towards digitalized management: Today, a central system connects tenants, administration and partner companies — transparently, comprehensibly and future-proof.

From phone to platform

Prior to the introduction of Allthings, most concerns came by telephone or email and were processed individually depending on the channel — with a great deal of coordination effort for the teams. The aim was to structure these processes and automate routine tasks.

All concerns are now brought together centrally via the digital service point. And the Yarowa craftsman portal allows the creation of orders to be processed uniformly. This provides a better overview, faster processes and significantly better traceability throughout the team.

“We use Allthings to handle processes consistently and efficiently.
It has proven particularly successful that all tasks across all employees come together in one place. Thanks to Allthings, we as a team have a common overview and are well prepared for new digital functions. ”

Michael Hahn, Management Team Leader, Niederer AG

Because many tenants are still happy to call, Niederer is currently testing new functions — including AI-based tools that help to optimally integrate this channel into the digital process as well.

More than just tenant concerns

In addition to the Service Point, Niederer AG uses other Allthings platform modules, for example for internal communication or digital document storage. Since the platform is modular, additional functions can be activated at any time, even on a building-specific basis. In this way, management can easily respond to individual owner requests.

conclusion

Niederer AG shows how a clear digital strategy and gradual automation can significantly simplify everyday work. With Allthings, the company is creating a basis on which future process optimizations and AI-based processes can be easily implemented — for satisfied tenants, efficient teams and modern management.
