Digital right from the start: the “Tracks” project in Münchenstein

How Elron Club is using Allthings to make a building fit for automated operation.
The New Tracks Building is creating a digital milestone right at the train station in Münchenstein: 10 floors, 82 rental apartments, commercial space — and a real estate operation that is designed to be automated from the start.
Elron Club AG, specialized in digital real estate management, wanted to create a building for Bricks AG that was designed for efficiency, integration and user comfort right from the planning stage. To do this, she relied on the Allthings Getting-Started package for new buildings — a structured approach to link digital infrastructure, partner solutions and management processes right from the start.
From vision to digital operation
Together with Allthings, the Foundations Were Laid:
- Which functions are useful for the building?
- Which systems need to be integrated?
- And what does the ideal digital infrastructure look like?
The result was a holistic concept that combines ERP, energy monitoring, mobility, logistics, access and building technology — a total of 13 integrations and 8 new partner solutions.
